In 60 minutes of walking you will:

:: Boost your mental health by improving your mood, increase your ability to focus for the duration of the day, and relieve stress

Pair that with coaching and you will:

:: Increase your awareness, self-confidence, and belief in your ability to achieve what you want

:: Take consistent action toward your goals

:: Let go of unnecessary stress and/or worry that may be keeping you from taking action (or getting the sleep you need at night)

:: Have a safe, fun, and non-judgemental space to vent, recieve support, and have accountability toward your next steps



About Sarah

Hi! I'm Sarah Steckler. I'm a Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Mindfulness Practitioner, and Productivity Strategist but more importantly I'm here to facilitate a safe, relaxing, rejuvenating, and holistic coaching experience. 

I believe that something happens when we take a walk that allows us to loosen up, calm the hell down, and have the "omg it was so obvious all along" moments we're often searching for in minutia of daily chaos.

If you've never worked with a coach before, you're in for something different. I'm not here to "fix" you or push you to try personal development techniques that may feel misaligned. Instead, I meet you where you are, without an agenda, without judgement, and with the full unwavering belief that you have everything you need inside of you to make the changes you seek in your life. 

Our work together will transform the way you view yourself, others, and the world around you. You'll realize how capable you truly are, take action on the things you've been putting off for years, and find a renewed sense of calm in your daily life.

+ How long is each session?

Sessions last for 60 minutes.

+ How much does a session cost?

60 minute sessions are $150 and can be purchased online. Packages are also available.

+ What if it rains?

Walks take place rain or shine, however, if severe weather persists I do offer the option of switching any walking session to an over-the-phone session instead.

+ What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move and walk in along with comfortable shoes. I will normally be in yoga pants and a comfortable top or sweatshirt.

+ Do I need to bring anything?

Just an open mind. For ongoing sessions, I may ask you to bring something specific for a specific coaching exercise ahead of time.

+ What can I expect from a session?

Our first walk together is about discovery, learning where you are starting from and getting a sense of how I can best support you as your coach moving forward. At the end of each session I will provide insights and reflection and we will co-create action steps for the week ahead. Clients report feeling at ease, less stressed, and have a renewed sense of clarity after each session.

+ What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Once you book online, you will be able to reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance. I have a $50 fee for no-show appointments.

+ Where will we walk?

Currently walks are held on Bainbridge Island. After our initial phone consultation, I will let you know the current park options.
