In 60 minutes of walking you will:
:: Raise your heart rate to a level that improves blood flow, muscle tone, and strengthens your bodies immune system response
:: Boost your mental health by improving your mood, increase your ability to focus for the duration of the day, and relieve stress
:: Increase your daily activity and improve your heart health
Pair that with coaching and you will:
:: Increase your awareness, self-confidence, and belief in your ability to achieve what you want
:: Take consistent action toward your goals
:: Let go of unnecessary stress and/or worry that may be keeping you from taking action (or getting the sleep you need at night)
:: Have a safe, fun, and non-judgemental space to vent, recieve support, and have accountability toward your next steps
