Episode 44: Moving Through Toxic Masculinity to Yoga, Wellness, and Higher Consciousness with Spencer Harber

Spencer Harbor is a wellness coach and expert in personal health practices. Spencer is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach through the International Consortium of Health and Wellness Coaches. He holds advanced degrees in Health and Wellness Coaching and Complementary and Alternative Health. Spencer is a certified massage therapist and yoga teacher. Through coaching, yoga and nutritional guidance he works with clients to improve communication and remove road-blocks to health and happiness.

In today’s episode Spencer shares his journey to wellness, how toxic masculinity plays a role in how men share, grow, and reach a higher state of consciousness, and what it’s like to coach a football team through their first yoga experience. Spencer and I also explore the differences between coaching and therapy and how coaching allows clients to fully step into the driver’s seat of their lives. You’ll want to listen through to hear more about The Kula Connection and something him and his wife call a “yoga cafe.”

Spencer is incredibly goofy & free-spirited, and shares a variety of wisdom and deep thinking in this episode. I can’t wait for you to listen!
