In today’s episode Spencer shares his journey to wellness, how toxic masculinity plays a role in how men share, grow, and reach a higher state of consciousness, and what it’s like to coach a football team through their first yoga experience. Spencer and I also explore the differences between coaching and therapy and how coaching allows clients to fully step into the driver’s seat of their lives. You’ll want to listen through to hear more about The Kula Connection and something him and his wife call a “yoga cafe.”
