I bought this journal back in 2016 and it's stayed on my desk ever since. I love the beautifully illustrated pages and simple prompts. I often refer back to it for inspiration and just to flip through it's pretty pages.
Another long-term tenant on my desk. This hardcover journal is so gorgeous and always inspires me. I don't always fill up a list in one sitting, sometimes I come back and add lines to lists over time. It's been delightful and I highly reccomend it.
Same idea, more of the same things I love. I'm pretty sure that Moorea Seal could put out a journal like this every year and I'd buy them again and again.
I recieved this book from a dear friend right around the time when I was writing my blog post about how constant positivity can be a bad thing. When I read the opening page in here, I was SO excited to see that Lori Deschene encourages people to accept and feel ALL of their emotions. It's a great addition to my collection and I love to refer back to it often.
You already know you're awesome, why not keep a journal to prove it! This journal is fun and provides simple prompts and lots of writing room to explore and let it ALL out. I like to set this on my desk when I'm having a tough day to remind myself of, well, why I'm kind of awesome...
I was seriously tempted to make a quick video about how amazing this blank journal is. And the fact that it's Vegan Leather makes me even happier! This was actually a gift I recieved from my Mom last Christmas. It's a bit larger than most of my journals and it also has 400 pages! It feels amazing and lays flat when you open it. The built in bookmark is perfect. I use this for my everyday morning pages and will be buying a new one as soon as this one is filled!
I had the pleasure of meeting Mary last Summer and she's hands down one of my favorite people who I now talk with regularly. Her book is OUTSTANDING and provides everything you need to dive deep into self-love with fun, vibrant, and encouraging exercises, prompts, and stories. Everyone should own this book.
This was the first book I started reading when I moved to Italy over the past Summer and it was everything I needed and so much more. Manson does an amazing job of not only breaking things down but also inspiring you to take action and ownership of your life.
When Jenny told me she was going to write a book in 2017, I couldn't wait to read it and when she asked me if I'd be interested in reading an advanced copy, I couldn't say yes fast enough. As I was reading the opening to Jenny's book I couldn't help but say "YES!" out loud. The way she speaks about body image will hit you in the core of your very being. I've never seen or read a body image book quite like this one. It won't disappoint and you'll be coming back to read it again and again.

I’ve been using this book each week as a guide to check in with myself and be more intentional on a regular basis. I love all of his prompts, suggestions, and deep musings. This is a book you'll want to keep handy.
I stumbled across this book YEARS ago when I was looking for something new to read in a Good Will back in my home state. I just knew I had to read it and once I started, I couldn't put it down. I devoured it in a matter of days. The way Julie writes is so relatable and conversational that I felt like I was listening to a good friend who just happened to know exactly how I could feel. No matter what stage of life you're in this book will remind you to never doubt your intuition and to always follow your soul.
This book showed me the power of FOCUS in a way that was so simple I was wondering how I had never noticed it before. I love the way Gary breaks it all down and dives into the science and pyschology behind change, habits, and resistence.
I have this on my wish list and have had it recommended to me by numerous people. Lani Muelrath guides readers into practical and mindful ways of eating, living, and building self-awareness to truly align yourself with compassion.
When I found this at the library last year, I was so pumped. Sarah (not surprisingly) doesn't f*ck around and gives you guided ways to stop caring so much about things you don't like and how to focus on what really matters to you so you can show up and be a better human being. The amount of quotes I've recited from this book is off the charts. You need this in your home library.
Choosing a planner each year can be TOUGH - especially if you're also obsessed with stickers like I am. Some years I'm happy with one and other years I've used multiple planners for specific purposes like self-care, memory keeping, business planning, etc.

I've been a fan of Alison for years now. Her blog, Wonderlass is an amazing resource for newbie bloggers and online business owners. So when I heard she came out with her own planner, I couldn't get my hands on it fast enough and it did not disappoint! This thing is a BEAST! Super high quality and so much fun to add things to. There's even sections to track your blog and biz stats!
Last year was a big year for me in terms of discovering affirmation and oracle card decks. They are so many out there and they can be such a fun way to build your self-awareness, gain perspective, trust in your intuition, and come back to positive thoughts. This one is especially fun because it kind of makes fun of all the self-help stuff out there. The illustrations are fun, uplifting, and quirky.
