Bookshelf Tour: What I'm Reading and my Favorite Reference Books for Mindfulness & Productivity
There’s one thing I love more than watching HGTV and looking at new houses and that’s seeing what other people are reading!
So much of our perception of the world and what we choose to find in our daily life is comprised of what we intentionally allow into our brains.
And I’ll be real, I wasn’t always an avid reader (or a reader at all really) when I was growing up. It wasn’t until my mid 20s that I started reading books (outside of school) and actually finished them as well.
If you’ve been wanting to start reading more or want to learn how to start your own reading practice, checkout Episode 14 of the Mindful Productivity Podcast where I share how you can start reading more and stay consistent.
Today I’m sharing a walkthrough tour of one of my bookshelves in my current <200 square feet tiny studio that I’m living in for a year.
Not only are these some of my favorite books but I’m also sharing the books I reference often (and a few I’ve been meaning to read for a while).
I’ve included links to all of these books (as well as my planners and journals) below. Please not that these are affiliate links which means I get a small kickback if you end up purchasing any of them. This does not change the price for you and only helps you support my blog and the work I’m doing in the world. Yay!
